With over thirty years of experience as a professional cosmetologist, Toi Butler has dedicated her life to fulfilling her longtime passion for hair through her own shop; Upscale Hair Gallery. A native Californian and a long time resident of San Diego Toi opened Upscale hair Gallery in 1991. Toi's passion for hair has lead to a very diversified clientele list that includes; news anchors, doctors, judges, sports personalities to homemakers. Toi’s specialty is caring for short hair as well as the health of her client’s hair. The product line endorsed by UpScale Hair Gallery reflects Toi's passion, dedication and long term vision for each and every clients hair and hair care for long term use at home and not just in the salon.
A supporter of the Susan G Komen Foundation Toi received the Living Legends Award in 2007. In addition UpScale Hair Gallery Received the Best Salon Award in 2008. She has mentored over thirty stylists and continues to provide mentorship for stylists embarking on the beginning of their career of choice; hair styling.
